Boo! Did we scare you? No? Okay, well, maybe a fright-night feature will get your knees knocking. In anticipation of Halloween, we asked a slew of celebrities to suggest their favorite scary movies to get you in the mood for the ooky, spooky holiday.

You probably know today’s guest blogger, Keegan Allen, best as sweet, sensitive Toby on ABC Family’s “Pretty Little Liars.” Which flick gives Keegan the heebie-jeebies? “The Exorcist”!

The scariest movie I have ever seen, and my favorite horror film is, “The Exorcist.” It is a must-see horror/thriller classic. I watch it every couple of years. I have read interviews with the film’s famous director, William Friedkin, and he said the award-winning film gets its real “scare” from the feeling that as you watch it, that “demonic possession” could really happen!! Bringing in the church and its teachings adds to the real fear that the devil could move in to your soul!! It scares me still.

When I was in high school, my friends and I would drive out into the country to abandon houses and structures…haha…to ghost hunt. We would scare each other sooo bad!! We would sometimes camp out by the abandoned buildings just to scare ourselves!! Such good times. The adrenaline of real fear is so cool!! So glad they asked me to write this blog, now I have a great reason to watch, “The Exorcist” again!!

Keegan Allen just can’t get away from drama-lovin’ teens, can he?

Allen, who plays Toby (aka the most adorable and bestest boyfriend Rosewood has ever seen) on Pretty Little Liars, has just landed himself a flirtatious role on Fox’s new comedy I Hate My Teenage Daughter.

So who is Allen playing? And does this mean he’s leaving PLL? We’ve got the exclusive details…

The PLL star is about to go cougar hunting!

Allen is set to play Jake, your typical full of himself frat boy who is studying at the University of Texas. While at a party, he meets Katie Finneran‘s character Nikki and mistakes her for a student. Flirtation ensues!

Don’t worry, Toby fans. Allen is not leaving the ABC Family hit anytime soon. After tweeting, “Day one of work on an amazing Sitcom. Such a great way to start the day with laughter,” he quickly eased fans’ worries by saying, “#keepcalm I’m Still on PLL” Phew!

I Hate My Teenage Daughter stars Katie Finneran and Jaime Pressly as two BFFs who have trouble parenting their Mean Girls-inspired daughters, played by Kristi Lauren and Aisha Dee. The show premieres Wednesday, Nov. 30 at 9:30 on Fox.
